Iframe link as featured image is not working anymore

as far as I remember that before there use to be an option on product to add product video url but i don’t see that option anymore and also iframe link doesn’t work as featured image.

The product video doesn’t appear if iframe link is used, it only appears if video is uploaded. The solution you provided only works if I upload the video but it doesn’t work if I use iframe link. I want to use iframe link so it catches the product image automatically. I have digital products and I want to use watermarked videos which i have uploaded on youtube already.

iframe link works as you showed in your screenshot but if you create a new product and use iframe link then on archives page you wont see the featured image. The problem is if you use only iframe link then on archives page you wont have featured image and it will be shown as blank.

Also there’s another issue with the footer on archive and product page. other than these 2 areas the footer is working fine.

1. As you can see “iframe” ss that when you add the video as the iframe link it doesn’t autmatically picks the featured image from it.
2. In “Before” ss you can see before it use to have the option to add the featured video url which use to automatically use to image from the video and show it as an image on archives page, but that option isn’t available anymmore.
3. Projects page portolio links are giving error “Page not found”

2/ Upon examination, we noticed an option visible here: https://prnt.sc/yQ7VWkCmwwyl that does not appear to be a feature included within our theme’s standard offerings. As we are uncertain of the method you previously employed to integrate this feature and the reason for its current absence, we kindly ask if you could recall any specific plugin that may have been utilized for this purpose. Regrettably, we must inform you that our support does not extend to configurations pertaining to third-party plugins.

3/ The issue has been resolved by re-saving the Permalinks settings.

ok thankyou, that was a really good suggestion, I used a different theme last time so it had a plugin which automatically installed with xstore theme. but now the problem is that i have found the plugin and installed it but the theme is conflicting with the plugin, can you kindly please check?

Also are portfolio pages not supported by elementor editor? as it seems edit with elementor is not working with porfolio pages.

1/ Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

2/ We have conducted tests on our end and can confirm that the Elementor editor is functioning correctly on our test site. If you are experiencing issues on your site, it is possible that they may be attributable to a conflict with a third-party plugin. We recommend reviewing your installed plugins to identify and resolve any potential conflicts.

Please navigate to Theme Options, then select WooCommerce, followed by Shop, and proceed to Products Design. There, you will find the Image Hover Effect setting.
