Dear 8theme Customer support,
Can you please somewhat urgently help me solve the following issues?

1- Variable item pages suddenly started to display the following error, “Sorry, no products matched your selection. Please choose a different option”.

2- All my footer widgets have suddenly disappeared from the website and from the Control Panel/Appearance/Widgets

3- Menu suddenly disappeared from the left column of all the product pages.

4- This message appears in the WP control panel,

“Your theme (IDStore – Responsive WordPress Theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.”

Hello,

We haven’t produced new theme version yet which will be compatible with the latest version of Woocommerce plugin. We recommend you to revert back to old Woocommerce version until theme update is released.

Dear Jack Richardson,

Is there a better option other than reverting back to an old version of Woocommerce? I am pretty sure this will have other adverse effects.

Is it possible that you update the idstore/woocommerse files that deal with the above mentioned problems? Because currently our web store is kind of paralyzed.

Do you have a date for the updated IDStore Theme that will be compatible with the current Woocommerce?

New theme version is available for download http://themeforest.net/item/idstore-responsive-multipurpose-ecommerce-theme/4792186 .
Update your theme and don’t forget to create a back up before.
