    Hi There,

    I am really excited to get my site up and running – I went through all the documentation and I have a few questions I need some clarification with.

    1. When I set up products, they don’t appear on the homepage? How can I get them to show up on the homepage?

    2. My shop page is currently displaying this fatal error message “Fatal error: Call to a member function is_visible() on a non-object in /home2/elaine/public_html/wp-content/themes/idstore/woocommerce/content-product.php on line 32”. What do I need to do in order to fix this?

    3. How can I remove having to sign up as a member in order to buy products? I would like people to buy products from my site without having to create an account.

    4. How do I integrate this sales system with my sales/inventory system?

    5. Can I add an option to either buy an item one time at a higher cost or on autoship at a lower cost?

    6. My layer slider is displaying this message “You need to authorize this site in order to get upgrades or support for this plugin. Purchase a license or enter an existing purchase code.” what do I do here?

    Hello,

    1. You can use shortcodes https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/idstore/index.html#!/idstore_shortcodes to show products on the home page, for example: [etheme_product id="" sku=""] shows a single product by ID or SKU. Add that code in a product text editor and write the ids of the products you want to display.

    2. Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

    3. You can enable guest checkout in Woocommerce > Settings > Checkout tab > tick “Enable guest checkout”.

    4. Concerning the sales you need contact Woocommerce support.

    5. This query is also related to Woocommerce configuration.

    6. All plugins are external extensions which are included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that’s why we are able to include it into them. This plugin works fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us. The plugins can be downloaded from this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ . We update plugins with theme updates from time to time so plugins will be also updated with each next theme update. The option with registering of the plugins has been already added to plugin and this only allows you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from an author if you need. You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from the author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

    Thank you, most of this has fixed and resolved itself.

    The only thing I am struggling with now it ordering my products on my homepage in the products-grid in ascending order, right now it appears to be sorting them in random order. How can I do this? I would like them to be sorted in ascending order, by price.

    I have included my website URL in the option below.

    Hello,

    I’ve edited shortcode [etheme_products columns="4" order="asc"] and changed “order” to “orderby”.
    Please check products on Home page now and clear browser cache before.
