IDstore I can't create a New Menu - by viniciuspaginas

Hi Guys, the problem here is that i cant create a new menu in menu options.
Wen im try, some thing happening that take me to a blank page.

In the private content have more information!

Please provide us with FTP credentials in Private Content as well.

Hello,

You have a lot of 3rd-party plugins which may cause the issue.
We recommend you to deactivate them and check the menu again.
If the problem still persists after that please provide us with FTP credentials as well.

Hi. First what is 3rd-party plugins?
I delete lots of plugins and deactivate anothers, make try and NOT WORK.

PLease i need fast answers because all web site now need urgently change in this wrong menu.

The informations of my ftp is in private up the top. i send again here.

Hi Eva, thanks for try to help, but the topic that you send is very old. my wordpress is 4.0
But look what i doing here:
I change the name of folder Pluggin for plugin45 and with this i deactivate all plugins.
Wen im back to the menu admin, i try delet and creat menu and WORK!
The problem is:
I have now just the plugins that the theme IDStore use.

Eva, i try do what peoples say in the forum and not work.
I still think that problem is in pluggins of IDSTORE.

Hello,

Please add the following code to your .htaccess file:
```
<IfModule mod_php5.c>

php_value max_input_vars 9000

</IfModule> 
```
Try to modify the menu after that.

If you don’t have such file you can create it via FTP in the site folder where all files are located.

Hello,

Please check this issue with default WordPress theme.
Deactivate the plugins one by one to find out which one is causing the issue.
It could be incompatibility of the theme with one of the plugins.
