I would like to request a refund for the theme I purchased. Unfortunately, it doesn’t meet my needs for the following reasons:
It lacks the necessary widgets I require.
It runs slowly and is difficult to update.
Managing content is inefficient—updating a single content block requires changes in multiple places.
These issues have delayed the launch of my website. While I purchased the theme three months ago, the site is still not live due to these limitations.
