I would like to ask for support for some problems we cannot solve

    Hello.

    We have some problems that we show in the attached file. Unfortunately, we could not solve it after the demo installation. We ask for support.

    1 – Our most important problem is the description of the homepage of the site as the interface we prepared and see in the background. When we select HOMEPAGE from the side menu, the page that appears as it should be opens with a problem on first launch. related image: homepage-problem001.png and header-problem02.png

    2 – Another problem we could not solve is the Turkishization problem in the side menu. In the search field in the side menu, we could not translate “SEARCH” in English to SEARCH in TURKISH. Related image: side-menu-problem02.png

    3- We could not remove the WISHLIST – COMPARE – ACCOUNT sections at the bottom of the side menu. Related image: side-menu-problem01

    4 – When we edit the menu at the top of the site, under the main menu and seen on your demo page (in the attached file) with icons, although we put icons, only writings appear, not icons. It can be seen that we added the icons in the menu section in the admin panel. Related image: header-problem01.png

    5 – Although we added a map to the contact page, an empty space appears on this page on the site, the map is not visible. We could not see the map despite looking at it in different browsers. Related image: maps-not-found01.png

    6 – There are areas on the shop page that we cannot translate into English. Related image: shop-language-problem01

    7 – the arrows that should go left and right on the TIMELINE image at the bottom of the home page do not work. Related image: timeline-problem01.png

    Hello. Thank you for your support, but at the moment we cannot access many pages and even the admin panel. We always have “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.” there is a sign. Support please.

    Please enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction and what needs to be fixed.

    Additionally, please contact your hosting provider to request FTP access credentials. Once you have obtained them, kindly share the details with us so we can further assist you.

    Teşekkür ederim bu sorunu çözdüğünüz için fakat admin panelde ekrandaki hataları alıyorum. Web sitesinde yok fakat panelde var. Bu sorun neden kaynaklı?

    The notices you are seeing may be generated by one of the plugins currently installed and activated on your website. We recommend deactivating the plugins one by one to identify which one is responsible for displaying these notices.

    Please note that within our theme’s code, the get_page_by_title() function is only used during the import process. Therefore, it is unlikely that these notices are originating from our theme or plugin.

    If you wish to disable these notices, you can turn off debugging in your wp-config.php file. For more information on how to do this, please refer to the official WordPress documentation: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/

    Thank you very much, Jack. As far as I can tell, these are bugs that don’t interfere with the function of the site. Then there is no problem, I think I can switch off debug mode and ignore the errors.

    If you would like to remove certain items from the mobile menu in the header content, please open the current Header Editor and navigate to the Mobile Menu widget. From there, you will be able to remove the specific items you wish to exclude from the mobile menu.
