  Hello,

  According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project) – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
  If your sub domain is the same project, you can use the theme.

  ACCTUALLY I HAVE SHOES STORE IN MY LOCAL CITY AND A CATEGORY OF SHOES I WANT TO SHIFT ON SUB domain LIKE formalshoes.hariomshoes.com in which http://www.hariomshoes.com is my main domain

  If your subdomain is the same project, you can use the theme. If you want to launch the new project on the subdomain you need a separate license.

  subdomain website is fully dedicated one shoe one product website with our brand we have lots stock for nike joyride and we want to sell that shoe from our subdomain website so it is a same project testing various things to get sales online our team needs that
