I want to get a refund for the xstore purchase.

I want to please get my money back.
i bought the theme on themeforest and i paid 48$ for it.
and now I cannot save any changes that I make .
Nothing does save if i press publish .

Please give as a chance to help you.
Provide URL and temporary wp-admin access to site where XStore is activated, so we can take a closer look at the problem.

It is not our theme activated on site you provided – https://prnt.sc/g9DVMMwZ3SYK
Please activate XStore, then create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

i don t know how to put the theme
i asked someone to help and he removed the theme and i don t know how to import it

You imported demo content a few times with different page builders, it caused a mess. Please do not edit anything on site right now, we will do reset of curent content and import of this demo version – https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion03/
Or what demo version do you prefer? Please provide URL.
WPBakery or Elementor builder?

Demo imported on your site.
You should not face any problems with saving changes. For example, I’ve changed Logo on your site (Theme Options > Header Builder) – https://prnt.sc/oc-uhSSFyB6G It works fine. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.
