    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

1/ We recommend reviewing and applying the solution suggested in this topic – https://www.8theme.com/topic/issue-with-website-not-loading-correctly/#post-437304

2/ Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
Navigate to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data.
Clear the cache of your mobile browser and check the result.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

I hope this message finds you well.

I am experiencing a persistent issue on my website, vitanour.com, which uses the XStore theme. The problem occurs when I attempt to enable the “Lazy Load” feature via the LiteSpeed Cache plugin.

    Problem Description:
When I activate “Lazy Load Images” in LiteSpeed Cache settings (Page Optimization > Media Settings), all product images on my shop and single product pages disappear, replaced by a gray placeholder.

    Troubleshooting Steps Taken So Far:

Disabled XStore’s own Lazy Load: In XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Image loading type, I have set it to Default.
Disabled Native WordPress Lazy Load via XStore: In XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization, I have enabled Disable Native WordPress Lazy Loading (ON).
Added exclusions in LiteSpeed Cache: I have added URLs for my LCP image (e.g., woman-vita.webp) and website logo (logo-vitanour-3.png-1.webp) to LiteSpeed Cache > Page Optimization > Media Settings > Lazy Load Image Excludes.
Enabled “Preload LCP Image”: This option is activated in LiteSpeed Cache.
Performed comprehensive cache clearing: After every change, I have purged LiteSpeed Cache, Hostinger cache, CDN cache (if applicable), and browser cache.
Attempted other CSS/JS optimizations: I have also tried enabling other LiteSpeed Cache optimizations (Minify, Combine, Async Load) with general exclusions for XStore, WooCommerce, and Elementor folders in CSS Excludes and UCSS File Excludes and Inline.
Despite these extensive steps, the issue persists, and I cannot enable “Lazy Load Images” in LiteSpeed Cache without my product images disappearing. Currently, LiteSpeed Cache’s “Lazy Load Images” is disabled to ensure the store functions correctly.

    My Question:
Is there a known conflict between the XStore theme and LiteSpeed Cache’s “Lazy Load” feature, especially with WooCommerce? Are there specific settings within XStore or custom code solutions that need to be applied to make LiteSpeed Cache’s “Lazy Load” work correctly with the shop?

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in diagnosing and resolving this critical issue for my store.

Thank you for your time and help.

    Best regards,

    Soulaiman
