    Hello @Dreamedia Creative,

Based on our tests, the filtering issue occurs because multiple templates (207) were created for different product categories (https://prnt.sc/C5P3EEvGUHNY), and there is no default template assigned for non-category, condition-based pages such as https://yourweb-site.com/product-category/industrial-supplies/adhesives-silicones/. These pages currently load the default non-builder template content, so replacing the builder content with non-builder content during filtering is not predefined, as no tags or other anchors are displayed within the content.

We recommend creating a single template in XStore Builders → Archive Products Builder that will serve as the global template for all product archives, with the condition set to All Product Archives (https://prnt.sc/ryKwZJcWbRnf). After this adjustment, the filters should function correctly, as the Archive Products widget will be available in the AJAX-loaded content (after filtering), allowing the system to replace the old widget with the new one.

If you would like our assistance with this setup, please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to help.

Additionally, we suggest minimizing the number of templates by combining similar ones and using Dynamic Tags (https://developers.elementor.com/docs/dynamic-tags/) where appropriate to display product headings, images, titles, and other information.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
