  I try to download Revolution Slider Old from my download page in Xstore and I get the following message in web … {“error”:”file not found the storage”}
  What is the problem or.. where is the plugging to download?

  Hello,

  Could you, please, provide me screenshot of the area where you are trying to download slider?
  Are you trying to export slider or download the plugin archive? Because the latest version of the plugin archive you can find here https://www.8theme.com/downloads/

  I’m not sure that understand what exactly you are trying to download.
  Also, version 5.4 of theme is out of date. I would recommend you to create a staging website and update theme + all the bundled plugins there to the latest version. If everything is ok after that then update production.
