I tried using a short code for sender.net as a popup (static block) now I can’t rid of the popup. Elementor kept crashing too. Can you help me to get rid of the popup and where to look to get rid of it. I have disabled all static block and changed the menu to no avail. Thanks – see print screen

it won’t work – there must be a compatibility issue with sender.net

    Hi,

Have you contacted the author of the plugin whose shortcode you want to use? Please do so.

Additionally, сould you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.
