I puchased Flatsome Theme and somehow got this theme?

I did a puchase of Flatsome theme on Envato, but somehow ended up getting this theme? very wierd. Please can you advise what I need to do to fix this?

Hi

thanks for reply, did not purchase by mistake definately purchased flatsome and somehow got your theme. very starnge, makes me weary about purchasing from themeforest again.

do you know how long it take for refund to go through? am currently on a tight timeline and need to just basically have the flatsome theme to work on, check you theme it is very good, just have such tight timeline I have to work on platform I am fimiliar wit.

will definately look into your them in future
