Hello, i have purchased xstore new license Tonight, i have installed theme and activated with my new license, but I can’t import demo.

i contacted my hosting provider and all requirements is ok.

Please i need urgent help.

Please provide FTP access – FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption). To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Or reupload XStore Core plugin files manually via FTP. The latest archive can be downloaded from here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads

We can’t connect to FTP using FileZilla, unfortunately. But we were able to install the latest version of the Core plugin and import demo content on your site. Please check.
