I need to change colour of only sticky header menu and other icons and buttons

    i need to change colour of only sticky header menu and other icons and buttons. when i tried to change sticky header menu colour than top header colour also changing i only need to chnage colour when its mmoving down or scrolling

    in mobile view when scrolling down and clicking menu bar its menu elements is not visible in scrolling. top only its visible when scrolled menu elements not seeing
