Adding an additional checkbox such as “I confirm that I am over 18” on the checkout page is not a built-in feature of the theme. However, it can be implemented either by customizing the checkout template or by using a plugin that allows adding custom fields to the checkout page.

To add such a checkbox, you can copy the file plugins/woocommerce/checkout/terms.php to your-child-theme/woocommerce/checkout/terms.php and make the necessary modifications in the specified area: https://prnt.sc/3Qm5dqMI6EGn. You may use the existing terms content code as an example.
