    I need to add a video in the additional variations feature. By default, your theme includes a feature to add videos below the gallery, which works when the variation gallery feature is disabled. However, when we Enable the variation gallery feature the video feature does not work. So now, I need to know how to add a video to additional variations. Thank you.

    Hello, @Daniyal,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1/Please be advised that when the ‘Variation Gallery’ is activated on a product page, the display will be limited to the Variation Image Gallery exclusively. This means that the product video and the standard product gallery will not be displayed concurrently with the Variation Image Gallery.

    We trust this information will be of assistance to you.

    2/ We regret to inform you that our current system does not support the option to add videos to additional variations. Should you require this functionality, we suggest exploring third-party plugins that may better suit your needs. Please be advised that the use of any third-party software is at your own discretion and risk.

    We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any further inquiries you may have.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello, @Daniyal,

    Thank you for your response.

    1/ We did not officially test or confirm compatibility with any particular plugin. In such cases, you have the flexibility to try different plugins, but own risk.

    2/ A/ Should you desire to activate the feature that enforces the visibility of a product’s stock status on its respective page, we kindly ask you to follow these steps:

    1. Go to the “XStore” section.
    2. Select “Theme Options.”
    3. Proceed to “WooCommerce.”
    4. Navigate to “Single Product Builder.”
    5. Locate “Add To Cart & Quantity.”
    6. Enable the feature by selecting “Turn On.”
    7. Ensure to save your changes by clicking “Publish.”

    For your convenience, we have provided an image below as a visual guide to assist you through this process. https://imgur.com/sz18U8m

    2/ B/ If you require assistance with displaying product variations that are currently out of stock. We are pleased to inform you that such variations can be presented as shown in the following examples:

    https://ibb.co/9hbCWKV
    https://ibb.co/VVmZCkp
    https://ibb.co/zmbgPYR

    This display is possible using Xstore variation swatches, provided that the “Hide out of stock products from catalog” option is activated within the WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory section of your dashboard.

    For further clarification and support, we suggest viewing our instructional video on variation swatches, which can be found here: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/94-variation-swatches. We trust you will find this resource to be informative and useful.

    Should you have any further inquiries or require additional assistance, please feel free to contact our support team. We are committed to providing you with the support you need.

    Warm regards,

    Hello, @Daniyal,

    Should you prefer to have your website’s logo displayed in place of the default globe icon in Google search results, we kindly suggest utilizing the Yoast SEO plugin to achieve this customization. https://yoast.com/favicons-and-your-online-brand/

    We trust this recommendation will be of assistance to you.

    Hello, @Daniyal,

    1/ Upon thorough review of your website, we have determined that the issue in question persists even after deactivating the Pro Elements plugin. This leads us to conclude that the Pro Elements plugin is not the source of the problem. It is possible that another third-party plugin may be causing the issue.

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    2/ If you are using a Child Theme then please Activate the Parent-Theme on your site and check again and let us know the result.

    3/ The issue persists only on your site, on my test site, it is working correctly.

    Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    I disabled all plugins and found that disabling the Elementor plugin brought the product page back to its original design, indicating that there may be an issue with the Elementor plugin.

    Dear Daniyal,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We are currently addressing the issue with the product gallery on our website. To assist us in resolving this matter, we kindly request that you locate and remove the following custom CSS code from the site:

    /* Start custom CSS */
    .woocommerce.single-product #content div.product div.images, .woocommerce.single-product div.product div.images, .woocommerce-page.single-product #content div.product div.images, .woocommerce-page.single-product div.product div.images {
        max-width: 60%;
        display: block;
        width: 100% !important;
        float: none !important;
        margin-left: auto;
        margin-right: auto;
    }
    /* End custom CSS */

    Once the code has been removed, please proceed to clear all cache storage to ensure the changes take effect. After completing these steps, kindly verify that the issue has been resolved.

    For the cart, it looks good on our end as well: https://prnt.sc/Fp_gdlAWr2UA.
