    Hello, Isotto,

    We’ve activated the XStore theme on your site.

    Please check and let us know if you require any additional assistance.

    To add a header on the site, please go to Theme Options > Header Builder > Header templates > Ready To Go Headers. It is not recommended to import a few templates, so select the desired header from our demos first.

    You can install a full demo version or just particular elements from demos, via XStore > Import demos.
    The import will not delete your content, but new pages, menus, static blocks, products and so on will be added in the result of the import.
    Before the import, create a backup of your site to be able to restore it in case something goes wrong. Your hosting provider can help you with the backup.

    Hi; My Hosting Firm is repair server problem. I have complete Theme setup process and plugin. Import Demos. But;

    1.Home page, More than one page is coming.
    2. I create maintenance page and set maintenance attribute. Maintenance page not work.

    Help pls.

    Thanks for reply. I have cleaned cache and problem solved.

    Another issue; We want to set the site language to Turkish. But on your system the translation rate is 10%. I started to do the translation process on your system. How long does the approval process take here? By completing this process as soon as possible, I want you and other users to benefit as soon as possible.

    Thank you for your response.

    We’ve installed the Loco translate plugin on your site and uploaded translation files, as described here – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation
    Now you can continue translation directly on your site. Please go to Loco Translate > Themes > XStore > edit translation and Loco Translate > Plugins > XStore Core plugin.
    Please note that you need to translate only the necessary strings, visible on the frontend, you do not need to translate manually to 100%. But if you do this, share the transition with us, so we can update it for other customers.
