I need one fully working and editable Product Archive template inside
XStore → Theme Builder → Product Archive.

    The template must include:

A shop header (title + breadcrumbs)

    A banner area (optional)

A fully functional XStore Product Grid (dynamic WooCommerce loop)

    Sorting bar (orderby)

    Functional product filters (if enabled)

    Pagination or Load More

    Correct WooCommerce dynamic query

The template must be set as the default Product Archive and applied to all product archive pages.

Without these elements, the template is incomplete and unusable.

Please deliver a complete and fully working archive template, or refund my payment.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    This situation is becoming unacceptable.

Here is exactly what I need:

I want the original XStore shop/category layout restored for all product category pages (for example: Digital Receivers, Media Players, IPTV Boxes, Satellites, etc.).
    This includes:

    The left sidebar filters

    The default XStore product grid

The default XStore button and styling

The original XStore layout above the products

AND I must be able to customize each category page myself afterwards using the XStore Theme Builder, without any Elementor overrides or additional templates interfering.

    So please:

Restore the default XStore category layout for ALL product categories.

Remove any Elementor or conflicting templates that override the shop.

Ensure that I can fully edit and customize these layouts myself inside the XStore Theme Builder.

Do not change or overwrite my button styles or product layout again.

If this is not fixed correctly and immediately, I will request a full refund from you and open a dispute with Envato.
I am done with delays and partial solutions.

    Please resolve this properly.

    Thank you.

    Hello @jepesat,

We apologize for the delay in our response due to the weekend.

If you would like to use the built-in shop and category templates on your website instead of the templates from XStore Builders → Elementor templates, please set the conditions for the requested templates to an empty list (remove all conditions) and save:
    https://prnt.sc/tx3C9CPQ8ecy
    https://prnt.sc/B4ACxy8HyR7C

More information about our Archive products builder you can find on our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/

In this case, the template will be loaded from our theme files instead of the builder content. You can reactivate the builder content later if needed. This functionality can be applied to most of the available builders in the XStore Builders panel.

After that, all options for the Shop, Single Product, and Product Categories pages can be configured only from Theme Options → WooCommerce.

If you need further assistance, please describe the issue in detail and provide temporary wp-admin access in the private content section.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
