I have wp-admin access but not website - by adpop

I have wp-admin access but not website.

Main page displays “This page isn’t working. my website is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500”

Would you please look it up and help me to resolve this issue?

currently I “redirect” domain to temporary directory because the website has to be working properly. I will remove “redirect” option so that you can see my issue.

Hello,

500 error means there is lack of some resources on your server. You should contact hosting provider support and ask them to error logs to find what exactly is causing it.
Also, ask them to increase values for the functions Post Max Size, Max Upload Size and Max Input Vars.
I’ve checked the problem with a default theme, and the issue wasn’t solved, that means that the problem does not relate to our theme.
