I have upload a video in my products but it appears as black

Hi
I have uploaded a video on my product https://mariannagiordana.com/product/gold-necklace-with-zircon-necklace-in-zircon-crystal-on-gold-chain/
But it shows as black. The video is playing well in youtube (https://youtube.com/shorts/P0S0wA3U1-o?feature=share) but I want to have it integrate in the website, not embedded.
How to fix that. Thanks!

thanks. Sorry I though my video was in Mp4 but was in mov
