I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE HEADER AND FOOTER

I just need some help because I used this theme before but then it ended up in a drawer. Now I want to use it again and I have support. The theme works on the website I created, newsite.vanityrivignano.it, but on staging.vanityrivignano.it I see some strange things. It won’t let me insert the header and I see a footer stuck underneath, so I don’t understand what’s going on.

Your site newsite.vanityrivignano.it is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it withhout wp-admin access.

If you need a test site (a full copy of a live site), contact your hosting provider, and they will help you with this.

We kindly ask you to downgrade your PHP version to either 8.1 or 8.2 (contact your hosting provider) , as not all plugins are currently compatible with your current version 8.3.30. After this is done, update all plugins and the theme, then clear the cache and check the result.

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). HI, Thanks, in the other site is just the demo but i send the access.
in this site i use other plugins and don’t have problems.

The reason I am writing to you is that I cannot see the header on the website (staging)

Hello, ILIANA,

You cannot see the header on the staging site because the template used for the header is currently empty. Once you add any content to it, the header will appear on the site.

Hi, I know but when I try to save one with Elementor, it doesn’t work. After saving, I can’t see anything.
For example, if I import one of the XStore demo templates, nothing appears.
I can also see a small footer on the site. Please see the attached image.

Thanks, I’ve solved part of it, but I still find it strange that the header doesn’t automatically appear on mobile devices, because it used to work before and now everything is strange.

hi, i clear the cache and 10 min before was working, but now i can’t see again the header on the mobile, i try to find the reason but nothing.
I can see on the elementor theme builder but on the mobile nothing.

is very strange than i need to edit the header and footer always, somethings wrong.
