    I have customized the website, but the website has not changed
    I thought WordPress was not installed properly, so there was a problem, so I deleted and reinstalled WordPress, but the problem was not solved.
    I installed another theme that works fine without any problems

    Hello,

    Could you, please, tell us which option exactly do you change that does not take any effect? Are you trying to change the header? Check if you don’t have separate header in the Multiple headers https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc
    Provide us with WP Dashboard access to check and help you.
