Hello, Tarek Hamdy,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
2/ If this doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access. We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Best Regards,

Dear @Tarek Hamdy,
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that the error displayed in your console is associated with the WooCommerce Payments plugin. You can view the error here: https://prnt.sc/IYn28VjBOHWi. We kindly request that you reach out to the support team of the WooCommerce Payments plugin for further assistance regarding this issue.
Regarding the recurring patch notifications, it seems that there is an automatic clearing of the WP transient ‘transient_update_themes’ in your system, where data about our activated patches is stored. Please rest assured that even if the transient cache is cleared, the patches you have applied remain effective. The notifications you see are due to the removal of data indicating which patches have been activated, and can be safely disregarded if the patches have already been applied.
We recommend reviewing the following article which provides a detailed explanation and potential solutions: https://www.8theme.com/topic/patcher-shows-updates-available-even-after-i-applied-them-a-hour-ago/#post-360369.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best Regards,
Jack Richardson
