I have a problem with translation for arabic

    I use the polylang plugin, locotranslate, and I use two languages: English and Arabic, but I have some words that I cannot translate using locotranslate, even though the other words have been translated.
    The words that I cannot translate are located on the imposed product page, such as:

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your query regarding the translation of certain phrases on your website. We understand that despite using the Polylang plugin and Loco Translate, you are encountering difficulties translating specific words on your product page.

    To assist you further, we would need temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
    To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
