Can I get the File that named (Envato Market) Plugin to continue the Update related to the video that I get from you PLZ??

2) I do not see any problem with banners on your site – http://prntscr.com/t45wzw Clear cache and check one more time.

Thank you I got the Envato Market Plugin & Noticed the WP Bakery.
but I’m trying to make changes on the Home page and it’s not applied especially on Home Page.

Now the Banner I see it like this on my full-Screen 13-inch Laptop:

What exactly changes? Please provide screenshots.

Could you provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to take a closer look at settings.

I couldn’t make an edit on the text and replacing images from the home page using WP Bakery in Frontend Editor
The Blue Raw Pop Up is not coming out and the Yellow for columns as before the update.

Also Trying to change the Images in the Banner that I Showed you before it’s not accessible to change it after Update the Banner and trying to change the number of images to show it depends on Screen variety and i kept it 3 for computer and also it comes like this:

Hello,

1) As I can see the Elementor plugin is activated on your site, but if you are using WP Bakery, it would be better to disable another page editors.
You are using a lot of plugins, one of them can cause a conflict with the WP Bakery, so try to disable all third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how Frontend Editor works then.
Meanwhile, you can use Backend editor.
Also, check if Number of slides per view of Custom carousel element works correctly with disabled additional plugins.

Hello, Rose

I Disabled all the Plugins that are not included as you said and go to home page trying Frontend still the same issue when I work on Backend editor to change the image or changing the value of Number of slides per view like this

making update nothing happen.
when I go back to Backend again to check if the image is changed I found it like this:

but it does not appear live on the site.

Also when I’m using Elementor it appears like this:

Kindly can you help me with how to remove one of the Editors like How to remove editing with Elementor? and just working on WP Bakery

Some part of the page was created using WP Bakery and some using Elementor plugin https://prnt.sc/t4zhys , so the current problems are the result of conflict between these editors.
Go to Plugins > and disable the Elementor.
Then go to pages and create a new page, add and configure content using the WP Bakery and set this page as Home (Dashboard > Settings > Reading).
