I get some errors when I install the theme as demo, version_info not installed

Hello, it imports the demo but it does not fully import it, I think it imports some plugins incompletely. For example, the menu does not look like the demo. Or some views on the home page are missing.

When I install the theme it gives the following error

version_info not installed

In order to assist you with your inquiry, we request that you provide us with URL and temporary access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.

To do this, please follow these steps:
– Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
– Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
– Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Additionally, please let us know which demo you want to import on your site: https://preview.themeforest.net/item/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme/full_screen_preview/15780546

Please let us know once you have completed these steps, and we will promptly review your account information and provide assistance as soon as possible.

Thank you for your response.

1/ Check System Requirements:

Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please set the increase max execution time & max input vars minimum 3000 -Check the image for specific requirements here: https://imgur.com/wKn5z6x

For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix this.

2/ After that again import the demo on your site. we hope this will solve your issue.
