    Hi there,

My clients website consistantly gets the Error Connection Closed error, and I’m not sure why. I’ve taken a screenshot of what I see when I visit the website and whenever I go into the back-end of the website.

    – This issue only started today
    – When I change my Theme back to the default WordPress theme, the back-end and front-end loads fine. No errors at all. When I activate my X-store Child theme, that’s when the error happens.
    – I have updated the theme and WordPress and still get the error.
    – I get the error when I try to go to the ‘Updates’ and ‘Theme Builder’ page mostly.
    – It loads the error page once, it tries to refresh itself, and then when I force refresh the page, it loads the page sucessfully.
    – I have disabled all plugins, the error still occurs. When I activate the plugins one-by-one, I get the error, then have to refresh the page in order for me to get back to the Plugins page.
    – I have cleared my cache, and have used different browsers and still no luck.

I have a plugin called Jetpack and it regaulary monitors the website connect and today I’ve gotten around 4 emails saying that my website is down (for only 10 mins max) and then it becomes up and running again.

    Thanks,

    Lisa

    More notes:

    – When I change to the default WordPress theme, and activate Elementor – there are no issues.

It’s only when I activate the Xstore child theme that my website starts bugging out and the connection stops working. I cannot update plugins or themes seamlessly as it says erro connection closed, I then have to refresh a bunch of times for anything to work.

I’m in contact with my hosting provider, and they do not believe it’s something to do with the server itself.

Could you please look into this? Thanks so much!
