Please describe the problem in more detail with screenshots and provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

Hello,

Customizer options look broken. Do you use any third-party plugins on your site? Try to disable them and check again. If it does not help then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to check the issue in more detail.

i have found the error i have not installed the template 100% i have pasted in a wrong Folder so but i have antoher problem pic1 http://prnt.sc/rkmtth ; pic2 http://prnt.sc/rkmu1t

Hello,

Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate any default WP theme, Storefront for example. Do you have the mentioned notices?
