I can´t install Xstore Core and demos - by Francisco

Hi. How are you? I hope you have a nice day.
I am communicating because I cannot install Xstore Core.
All the required plugins have been installed, but I can’t get results with Xtore Core.
I’m sure I could have made a mistake, I’m new to this. I have followed all the steps but with no results.
Could you help me please?

Also, provide FTP host, FTP username and FTP password to check if all the necessary files are installed to correct directories.

Thank you very much for your attention.
The Xstore Core already works. Could you please teach me how to do right or what did I do wrong so that I can correct my mistake and learn to do it right? I did everything according to the instructions but it didn’t work out well, maybe because of me.
Now I have other problems.
I couldn’t install the “Organic Cosmetic” theme. The first error was because it did not install the plugins, so I did it manually. Then it had other errors “Organic Cosmetic Installed! But we have some errors:
1 pages not installed
2 widgets not installed
3 home_pages not installed
4 posts not installed
5 products not installed
6 static-blocks not installed
7 contact-form not installed
8 mailchimp not installed
9 media not installed
10 options not installed
11 menu not installed
12 slider not installed
13 et_multiple_headers not installed
14 et_multiple_conditions not installed
15 et_multiple_single_product not installed
“The most common errors happened by low server requirments, we strongly recommend to contact your host provider and check the necessary settings.”
And finally there is a button that says “PREVIEW WEBSITE” and when i click the button, this message: The parent theme is missing. Please Install the “gringaschild” paren theme.
I try to do everything according to the video tutorials, but it doesn’t work well for me.

Hello Olga. How are you? Thank you very much for your time and patience. They are helpful!
I still have a little problem. After you installed the theme, it didn’t have the child theme. When I tried to install it it just duplicated the whole website.
That is why I decided to reset the entire site to zero. Then I installed everything again as the tutorials indicate. Now I have managed to install almost everything, the only problem is still point 9 (of the problems that I mentioned in this topic on August 12) “media not installed”
Is there a way to install only point nine? Would you tell me how to do it?

Your server is slow and timeout is not enough to import all the images. I have imported them manually. Check now.
