    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://fex.net/ , and provide us with the URL.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hi,

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access?

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hi,

BE ATTENTIVE and don’t place the private information in the general message area because all the visitors have access to that information, please use the Private Content area.
We’ve edited your message and moved the temporary access into the Private Content area.

The accesses you provided are not working, please check.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello @victorbm,

We attempted to connect to your FTP, but encountered a 530-type error (please refer to the private content for details). We also recommend contacting your hosting provider, as the issue with installing plugins does not appear to be related to the theme or any specific plugin. Every plugin we tried to install on your website returned the following error (https://prnt.sc/XqoRgAaBy_kC): Installation failed: Could not create directory.

For more information, please refer to the following link: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/installation-failed-could-not-create-directory-wp-content-upgrade-2/

    Hello Jack,

    Thank you for your help.

I already tested the website on another hosting provider from one of my clients, and there I did not have any problems installing plugins or continuing the setup process. Everything worked correctly.

So it seems the issue is indeed related to the current hosting/server configuration.

Could you please help me understand how I should explain this issue to my current hosting provider so they can properly review and resolve it?

I already checked the folder permissions in File Manager, and the directories are set to 755, so I am not sure what else could be causing the problem.

    Best regards,
    Victor

    Hello @victorbm,

We are glad that you have identified the main sources of the issue. Please contact your hosting provider and share the details we have already provided. We believe this information will be sufficient for them to understand the cause and make the necessary adjustments to your hosting configuration.

The main problem is that no plugins can currently be installed on your website: https://prnt.sc/XqoRgAaBy_kC.

Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our support policy, as this matter should be resolved by your hosting provider and is not related to theme support.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
