We would like to know what error you are experiencing while attempting to import the demo. Could you please provide us with a screenshot of the error, as well as your WordPress Admin URL and credentials under the private content area of this topic, so that we can investigate the issue further on your site?

Additionally, please let us know which demo you are trying to import and which page builder (Elementor or WP Bakery) you are using. We will be happy to assist you in importing the demo on your site.

Hello @ayoub,

Thank you for your response.

There could be a few reasons for the problem:
1/ You have activated 3rd party plugins and 1 of them causes the problem.
2/ PHP version or something on the server side causes the problem.

To be able to help you, we need to check the situation on your site more deeply. Please provide URL and temporary wp-admin access.
