  I have a “free shipping progress message” displayed on the Cart page, but I can’t find where the minimum order amount for free shipping is defined.

  It is not set in WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping, and the amount shown is inconsistent:

  In the cart preview / mini-cart, the free shipping threshold appears correct

  On the full Cart page (View Cart), a different amount is shown

  Please, contact administrator
  for this information.
