I cant enter the customisation of store tab.

Hi,
I want to change the page layout in the shop tab. I tried to enter the option:
customize-woocommerce-shop and unfortunately that’s the end. When the preview is loading the shop tab, all xtheme options disappear and only a few basic ones remain. If I do not fix this error, I will not be able to get the store layout. Am i doing something wrong?

Hello,

Go to Settings > Permalinks > choose the permalinks type Post name instead of Plan and check the shop page settings again.
