I can’t enter a price in woocommerce

I have a problem.

When I create a product and select the ‘variable’ type, the ‘general’ tab does not appear, and therefore it does not let me enter the price.

However, if I select the ‘simple’ type, it does appear.

Why is this, and how can I solve it?

Pd. I have tried deactivating all the plugins and it still fails.

Please follow this tutorial – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/ Price for variable products should be entered on the Variations tab.
