I can´t edit shop page with elementor, not even in safe mode

I’m trying to change the text colors of the shop page, but I can’t edit it with elementor, I already tried clearing cache and activating the loading method for the editor

Hello Luis,

1. To change the main color for the site (including links, active buttons, and elements such as pagination, sale price, portfolio project mask, blog image mask, etc.), please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Styling/Colors and select the Main Color of your choice. For reference, please see the image below: https://postimg.cc/dD4tWTbr

2. The shop page is a catalog page for products that cannot be edited using Elementor by default. You can find the available settings in Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop). If you are using Elementor Pro, please refer to the plugin documentation for instructions on how to edit the shop page: https://elementor.com/help/creating-a-woocommerce-archive-template/.

ok so I tried those options but I cant still change the text color of this areas:

Hello, Luis,

We suggest you check the Theme Options > Typography > Headings > color settings, or provide us with temporary wp-admin access so we can take a closer look at your settings.
