I can’t edit and delete one image in filter/sidebar section

i want to delete this section but elementor can not select this image and button or text so how can i modify and delete this section.

this section was included in sidebar/filter section.

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.
