I can't change theme version on wooprees

Hi Im using Woo Press theme v2.5 on WordPress 4.3.1 and I can´t change theme versions of woopress.

The “Install base demo content” doesn’t work, I tried to change theme, and reeinstall evereything but nothing happens. Please help me

Hello,

We can’t connect via FTP getting the errors:
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

Are you using any specific setting or port number?

No, I use filezilla using these data only.
I send other FTP data as private content.

No, I use this data to connect in anyewhere using differents computers and networks. Just using filezilla… Could you send me you IP Address to talk about with my hosting server? anyway I use 21 as port of FTP

I cant’t do that. “politics of security”… they told me I need my own VPS service to do that.

Helps you if I send the data to enter the cpanel?

As I see demo content is installed for your site and demo pages are present in Pages section of wp-admin panel.
Please specify what template you want to install and have difficulties with it.

Hi,

I have the same issue. I’ve selected the different theme versions, but it doesn’t change on my website.

I want to start off with the Animals theme, and then add & modify content from there on.

Not sure if this is a reason but under system status: woopress/woocommerce/order/order-details.php version 2.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.4.0,

However the new version I downloaded form theme forest does not have any files in that folder.

Hello @KilroyWasHere,

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase values of upload_max_filesize and memory_limit functions.
After that try to install demo content.

upload_max_filesize 20mb
memory_limit 64mb
