I can’t change the global colour – please help

Regarding the global colors in Theme Options > Styling – these settings apply only when local (element-specific) colors are not defined. Since demo content often includes predefined local color settings for individual elements, you may need to manually edit the content of pages, posts, and products. Please adjust the color settings within the respective element options accordingly, for example, Header Builder with Elementor – https://prnt.sc/addRg1GcQUM1

We advise you to contact your hosting provider to resolve this matter.

max_execution_time is a limit for the execution time while running the script. For example, if you import content and scripts need more than 90 secs then you may face the problem with demo content import. But depending on other server settings script could finish its work faster. So, if you didn’t face problems with theme options then don’t worry about this parameter. But it would be better to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase max_execution_time.
