I can't change Dummy Content in Classico Theme

Hi,
when I try to change dummy content choosing on the dropdown menu (that includes “Victoria”,”Julia” etc ect) by means of the path 8ThemeOptions>Import/Export>Dummy Content and click on “Set Up Version”, I load my page but I can only see all white except a “can’t find the file attachment.php” string.
The buttons “Reset Section” and “Reset All” are useless, they don’t change the situation.

What should I do?
How could I erase ALL the stuff installed by Classico theme and starting from the beginning?

Hello,

Try to clear your database on a server via PHPmyAdmin panel and try to install demo data again.

Could you be more specific?
My site is full of products that I uploaded with WooCommerce and if I fail something and something happens to the products it is a disaster 🙂

I’m able to navigate the database but I dont know exactly where to clean.

Hello,

In this case go to WP admin panel > Pages > and delete all pages that were imported. If you wish we can help you install base demo content, provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials.

Ok, maybe I haven’t understood what Dummy Content were. Are Dummy Content the “Home Variants” that I can see in the pages?

Hello,

Demo content contains only basic pages: About Us, Contact, Collections, FAQ, and some other. It doesn’t mean all pages from our demo site will be imported. They are created on our demo site just to show options of the theme.
