    Hello Rose/Tony

I recently faced an issue on my website. When attempting to purchase a ring, clicking the “buy now” option doesn’t direct me to the checkout page; instead, it displays the following error: https://prnt.sc/JlzYTe5BFLuJ.
How can I go about resolving this issue?

    Hello, Divorah,

Thank you for your prompt response.

We have taken the step of activating the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront, on your website and have temporarily disabled the XStore and XStore Core plugins. Subsequently, we conducted a test on the product page and documented the results, which can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/a0XsI2gZJF_2.

The test results indicate that the issue you are experiencing is not related to our theme. Therefore, we kindly suggest that you reach out to WooCommerce support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ to inform them that the problem persists even with the Storefront theme.

Please understand that our assistance is limited to issues directly caused by our theme. We trust that WooCommerce support will be able to provide you with the necessary help to resolve this matter.

We appreciate your understanding and are here to support you with any theme-related inquiries.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
