I CANNOT UPdate MY THEME AND PLUG IN AND I FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCCTION POSTED

    I need to update my theme and plug ins , my website is not working properly using my visual composer and the theme is not updating.

    i need help

    Please provide us with FTP credentials.
    Confirm you have a backup of the files and database and we’ll update the theme for you.
