Topic: I cannot change the static block’s display (It doesn’t affect)

I try to change the theme’s header “static block 01” in the “animals” theme.
I followed your tutorial and I made the change in the WordPress menu > Static Blocks > Specific block I want to change > Changed it > Clicked “Update” but nothing happens.
I attached 2 photos that could describe it better.
***I don’t find a way to upload the screenshots.

Thanks for using our theme.
Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it.
You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to share links to your screenshots.
Enable WPBakery or Eleemntor for static block https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/101-wpbakery-page-builder , then edit the content.
Theme Options > Speed optimization > disable Static blocks cache.
