    Hello @jtmathis42,

You are currently using an XStore header template based on the Elementor page builder. We have already provided information for customers who have both the Customizer header and the Elementor header active. Please note that the Elementor header takes priority. Therefore, you can disable the Customizer header builder by following this link: https://prnt.sc/3qWMSwonIZiw.

All settings from your Customizer header will not apply in this case, so you need to navigate to XStore Builders → Header Builder → Go to Builder → Elementor and edit the template there. Locate the Mobile Menu widget within your header content and follow this video tutorial to change the background color of your mobile menu: https://gyazo.com/1239a24e068202aaa0db737390917c64.

    Hello @jtmathis42,

Please verify the credentials you have provided in relation to our support time, as they currently appear to be incorrect. A screenshot has been attached in the private content for your reference.

Regarding the issue with your header remaining sticky on all devices (https://prnt.sc/NGUP4NHs6VKm), please navigate to the main container -> Advanced -> XStore Sticky feature, and disable the devices for which you do not require the sticky effect. You may also refer to the following tutorial for further guidance: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/xstore-sticky-header-with-elementor/

    Hello @jtmathis42,

Please check now. We have reuploaded the missing image on your banner: https://prnt.sc/BEgzwszGc6qm.

If you would like to add the shipping details for your products, you can do so in the settings area for each product, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/f7Q5MBeWd-N9. For additional information regarding product configuration, please refer to: https://woocommerce.com/document/adding-dimensions-and-weights-to-products-for-shipping/.

Im attaching some screenshots. The weights and dims are entered for about half the items but do not display anywhere on the single product page for those items. Also, when you click shipping information it has text there. I need to be able to edit that text. Where can i do that at. See Screens

    Hello @jtmathis42,

To display the shipping details of your product within the single product tabs, please add the “Additional Information” tab as shown here: https://prnt.sc/NEZXCnddCE9o. We have already added this tab item to your single product templates, so you can review it now.

If you prefer to display this information in a separate area, you can use the “Additional Information” widget: https://prnt.sc/dc-2fdu_qM7z. The corresponding frontend result can be seen here: https://prnt.sc/-jNp0cUZUQAd.

You can edit the content of the mentioned tab in the Single Product Tabs widget, as demonstrated in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/y2fxDqpCcCKq. However, we have noticed an issue where the “Additional Information” tab does not appear on frontend when a custom tab is added.

Please provide us with temporary FTP access in a private area so that we can investigate and find a solution to this issue.

Also. The mobile menu. I want the categories to be default and you can click over to the “menu”. Cant figure out how to do this either. This is the side panel menu that pulls in from the right on mobile.

    Hello @jtmathis42,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to display submenus within the “More” toggle item in the mobile panel area. We recommend implementing this functionality using a different widget rather than the default WordPress menu. You can create an accordion widget with custom content, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/bE_yU34BW20c. For example, you may customize the content using the following configuration to achieve a better UI/UX for your customers: https://gyazo.com/8d91705e4cf82443edfa1773ab26b9dd.

At this time, we have created an example of such an implementation but have hidden this widget on all devices to prevent it from being displayed to customers: https://prnt.sc/b4_xICrm_JRn. If you would like to review it, you can make the widget visible on each device and modify it according to your needs. As your website uses caching, we also recommend clearing the cache after making any content changes.

Regarding your question about prioritizing the “Categories” item in your mobile menu widget, we have enabled the following setting: https://prnt.sc/Jbos6tAyL9RA. Please check it now -> https://prnt.sc/0Mp0i-3g1A0q.

    Best regards,
