I cannot change the background of the mobile menu

You are currently using an XStore header template based on the Elementor page builder. We have already provided information for customers who have both the Customizer header and the Elementor header active. Please note that the Elementor header takes priority. Therefore, you can disable the Customizer header builder by following this link: https://prnt.sc/3qWMSwonIZiw.

All settings from your Customizer header will not apply in this case, so you need to navigate to XStore Builders → Header Builder → Go to Builder → Elementor and edit the template there. Locate the Mobile Menu widget within your header content and follow this video tutorial to change the background color of your mobile menu: https://gyazo.com/1239a24e068202aaa0db737390917c64.

Regarding the issue with your header remaining sticky on all devices (https://prnt.sc/NGUP4NHs6VKm), please navigate to the main container -> Advanced -> XStore Sticky feature, and disable the devices for which you do not require the sticky effect.
