I Cannot change header color in my website

I am trying to change some color in the header but however I do it is the same even after I click publish the button terns to published but nothing happens ,, I can change everything else in the header except the color , need help ?

You are using cache plugins, so clear the cache of plugins, and do not forget to clear the server cache.
