I can not create or edit menus in Admin area

    After install the theme i can’t create or edit menus anymore in admin area, in Edit Menus tab the area «Menu Structure» is not visible, just a empty space, when i select a menu to edit or try to creat a new one nothing happened.
    I deactivated all minify options css, html and js but the problem persist

    The website was already created and I did not have this problem with my old theme.

    Hello,

    Please, make sure you have checked all the server requirements – http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements
    Also, try to disable all 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins) and then check. Let me know result.
    Could you please provide wp-admin access in Private Content?

    Hello
    Thanks for the quick response.
    The problem is with 3-rd party plugin «EuPago para WooCommerce», when I turned it off everything worked fine allowing me to edit the menu, problem solved
