I can not add mega menu to my main menu because my main menu is not defined as a mega menu.

i want to add a mega menu or a small list under SHOP. so people can shop either by product category or by brand. for categories I don’t have issues but I can’t find pages for each brand in my website to link it with the mega menu.

for the brand: there is no page for each brand, when I opened the link that you showed in video I was transferred to the error 404 page.

for the mega menu: I can’t add the mega menu that I created to my main menu. I was following your video on youtube for adding mega menu but it did not work. because the menu of theme in the video is already a mega menu and you are adding a new one under it. please help.

1/ To resolve the 404 error, please navigate to Settings > Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard and simply re-save the permalinks. After that, you can go to Brands and view the brand page to ensure everything is working correctly.

2/ Go to Header Builder > edit template > add Mega Menu element and then select template for menu item – https://prnt.sc/aZq3gk9MA6_l
