I can not add buy via WhatsApp on shop page but it show to cart page and check out page

I can not add buy via WhatsApp button on shop page I mean products archive page also elementor page is not responding edit page is not responding

1/ Could you please confirm whether you are using an additional plugin to add the WhatsApp button on the shop page? If so, we kindly recommend contacting the support team of that specific plugin for further assistance.

2/ Go to XStore Builders > Archive products > edit template and change settings there.
