Hi. I bought theme in themeforest. Tested it and saw that it is not useful for me. I want refund

In the beginning I liked your theme very much. I started testing your topic. But many of the features of your theme are limited. These are the ones I remember.
1) I can’t create pages myself and add a filtered product grid there. Filters are only available in the shop. There are also different types of product grids.
2) The price filter does not work properly
3) The speed is not as high as shown in the screenshots of the theme.
4) The site loads too late. I use niche 04.
5) CSS styles can be easily edited. Everything is mixed. I would recommend you to download The GEM wordpress and get the best features from them.
