I am unable to play video on my product listing

I have uploaded the product video on my website but I am unable to play it. Please help me with it

HI I am also unable to setup google merchant center. Getting error ” Unable to insert site verification” .Please help me with that as well

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem with the video.

In order to upload the video to the media section of your WordPress, please refer to the screenshots provided below:

If the file size exceeds 32M, please contact your hosting provider to increase the upload size limit for your WordPress. Once the upload is complete, click on the video and copy the URL as shown in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/JybCFjY9

Then use the URL and it should work.

I have uploaded video from there only. Video file is only 21.5 mb. Issue is something else. Please check. I have shared the link of the video , please upload from your end and check.

It appears that the video is not loaded locally, and for this reason, we suggest that you upload it to YouTube or Vimeo and set the iframe code for the product ( https://prnt.sc/nCLT0q9aG_zy ).
